Multisystem Best

The second Expokot Show of TICA club JetCat within Russian largest project (WCF+TICA+CFA+FIFe+ASK+WCA) was even more successful then last year was. We would like to thank for this opportunity the general Expokot sponsor - Valta Pet Products Company and personal thanks to Nadezhda Zubkova, head of advertizing department in Valta who was responsible for everything.

We had to close catalogue two weeks before the date specified with cat count 210 cats because our show (4SP +2 AB ring on Saturday and 6 AB rings on Sunday) couldn’t be on schedule as we had too many cats. :)

We had really great professionals in judges team and very high qualified ring clerks and assistant clerks who made together immense job. Here they are:
- Merilyne Gregg-Dombroski and Alena Martyshina
- Mary Lise de Landtsheer and Andrey Beresnev
- Lisa Dickie and Danila Sviridov
- Brigitte Berthelon and Tamara Martemyanova
- Debbi Brown and Sofia Linkova
- Martine Caillard and Olga Musina
and we say many thanks to them all!

Cat count of AB rings on Saturday was 113 cats, 61 kittens, 12 alters, 3 HHP cats, 4 Kurilian Bobtails in PNB and one polydactyl Maine Coon. And both quality and quantity of cats was impressive, and the additional intrigue was created by taking part in our show two IW – IW, SGCA Yakimo of Shaggy-Coons, o. Rene van der Voorden ô14 and IW, SGC Kiyaras Hancock, o. Sabine Weber, as well as more then dozen RW of previous seasons.

We had TOP 3 awards in each class as a result after two days show:

Best Kitten was American Curl Curlinglight Bruins from Minsk, the owner Svetlana Ponomareva, breeder Elena Besova.
2nd Best Kitten – Scottish Fold LH Rumfold Spirit, b/o Nadezhda Rumyantseva.
3rd Best Kitten – was Burmese Burmau Vega Star, b/o Marina Kabanets from Yekaterinburg. Without doubt each of these kittens will be RW in the future. :)

Just like last year Best Cat became gorgeous Russian Blue cat Silver Lake Aengus Og, owner Tamara Martemyanova, the deserved successor to the last season star RW, SGC Sunna Nordica Erik. :)
2nd Best Cat – was stunning Neva Masquerade Cat Artonis Severniy Dar, b/o Kristina Levina from Moscow.
And 3rd Best Cat became American Curl LH Charmingcurl Brut Ekselans, b/o Irina Sviridova, it’s difficult to imagine any TOP 3 awards without this boy.

Competition among alters was incredible strong, all cats were of the highest quality and owners of highest awards. As it was expected IW, SGCA Yakimo of Shaggy-Coons, owner Rene van der Voorden became Best Alter.
2nd Best Alter - Scottish Fold LH Orangecats Obama Red, b/o Anna Zharkova and Anatoly Kosachev.
3rd Best Alter was Abyssinian Descavalier Folatre, b/o Irina Kudryavtseva.

In PNB we are happy to congratulate Kurilian Bobtail Baileys Be Original Superbob*RU, owner Elena Beloglazova who became Best PNB. :)
Best NT cat is still owned by Olga Musina and this is Polydactile Maine Coon Salexcoon Xander PP.
All HHP cats were in TOP 3 and shared all prizes and gifts. :) Best HHP was Ashan, owner Anna Filand,
2nd Best HHP – Ivi, owner Tatiana Filippova from Izhevsk and the
3rd Best HHP was Hanya, owner Lyudmila Titova.

Finally the Best Kitten, Best Cat and Best Alter from each of 6 systems took part in multisystem Best in Show, fighting for the top prize - $10 000. Jury consisted from six judges (one from each system and it was Mary Lise de Landtsheer who presented TICA in jury) and also from sponsors and mass media representatives.

Unfortunately none of TICA cats won the prise but they were very close to it. Our stunning Russian Blue Silver Lake Aengus Og became the 2nd Best of Best Cat. Curlinglight Bruins became the 3rd Best of Best Kitten, and wonderful Maine Coon Coon Yakimo of Shaggy-Coons was the 2nd Best of Best Alter. It's great result as there were 60 alters at all sytems at the Expokot show. The top prise was won by young Maine Coon who represented FIFe system, but without doubt next year this prise will come to one of TICA cat. :)

See you at Expokot’12, September 29-30 – 12 ÀÁ rings, limit 225 cats!
